From a theme, living, i wanted to connect inside and outside. When i thought about the living, the lung and breathing came into my mind. Also I remembered "Ecological apple( https://vimeo.com/4543690)"

This breathing building system is for actually huge surgery. I want to implant the lung into the building to breath naturally. For the building, the lung can be a system of elevator and a giant piston. The blood vessel can be any tubes, pipes, or wires that transfer air to each room and the building.
